Moderately severe mucosal thickening in the ethmoid sinuses bilaterally. Opacified agger nasi aircells bilaterally. opacified agger nasi aircells bilaterally.Moderate mucosal thinkening in the floor of the frontal sinuses which show accluded ostia. there is minor mucosal thickening in the anterior wall of both sphenoid sinuses. there is mild deviation fo the bony nasal septum to the right with a bony spur on the right. ther is hypertrophy of the left inferior turginate.
