What Does Mucosal Thickening In The Bilateral Maxillary, Ethmoid, And Sphenoid Sinuses With Other Normal Findings Indicate?

my report is look like this OBSERVATION: The frontal sinus is normal on both sides. Frontal recess is patent on both sides. Mucosal thickening noted in bilateral maxillary(L R),ethmoid and sphenoid sinuses. Osteomeatal unit is patent. The spheno-ethmoid recess are normal. No evidence of osteitis, bone sclerosis or bone erosion is visualized. Right sided DNS with bony septal spur. Bilateral inferior turbinates hypertrophy.Bilateral concha bullosa. The nasopharynx is normal. Mastoid air cells are normal. No evidence of soft tissue density in both middle ears. No adenoid hypertrophy. IMPRESSION:  Mucosal thickening in bilateral maxillary(L R),ethmoid and sphenoid sinuses.
