What Does My 5-week Pregnancy Scan Showing Inflammatory Tissue Reaction In Both Adnexae And Pouch Of Douglas Mean?

Hi Dr, I think i got a pregnant and going for scan here is d result, there is significant inflammatory tissue reaction in both adnexaeas well as pouch of Douglas causing poor interface between pelvic organs. no adnexea mass noted bilaterally. I have GA: 05weeks +5days what could it be n it s treatment. Thanks.
