I recently had a CT urogram that shows there is a non obstructing 2 mm calculus within the inferior pole of the right kidney. It also revealed pelvic veins are engorged. The impression restated this information but extended on this patient has a history of non cyclical pelvic pain this may be attributed to pelvic congestion syndrome. Can you explain these two issues
