What Does My HSG Test Report Indicate?

Hi,I was done for Hsg and the report came as;The uterine cavity shows some filling defects consistent of adenomyosis,the right tube shows a small terminal hydrosalpinx with moderate forced spill due to partial fimbrial adhesion.The left tube shows moderate forced spill due to moderate partial fimbrial adhesions.Kindly what does the report mean?I have trying to conceive for one year.
