What Does My MRI Scan Report Indicate?

Hi my name is Robert A
My question is about my mri after my surgery . Its been 11 months and the pain in my lower back has not gone away . My leg pain went away about 75%. My reading for the L5/S1 is there is a absence of the right lamina and ligamentum flavum with mild susceptibility artifact along the dorsal subcutaneaous soft tissue in the region consistent to prior surgery The height of the disk seems slightly decreased. The signal intensity is moderately decreased .There is increased signal intensity with in the dorsal margins of the annulus. This may be related to the annular tear or prior surgery. There is a suggestion of the subtle right paramedian disc protrusion measuring 8 mm in width extending in to the canal 2 mm.
