What Does My MRI Scan Report Indicate?

My mri shows moderate sized glenohumeral joint effusion and mild fluid distention of the long head biceps tendon sheath- sleeping at night is impossible If I fall to sleep I wake up screaming in pain- can't put a coat on and off without serious pain- can't hook a bra- pain is always there
