What Does My MRI Scan Report Indicate?

My child is 9 years old. she was affected type1 diabetes for 2 years. she take insulin for 4 times a day. she take a tablet of epilex chrono 300mg for morning 1 tablet and night 1 tablet. MRI scan report is 1) Minimal diffusse cerebral and cerebellar volume loss noted. 2) Prominent perivascular spaces. If any problem? please tell me and further treatment immediately.
