What Does My MRI Scan Report Indicate?

History of arachnoid cyst left ventricle fenestration 2007. Worsening headaches over last few years. MRIs once yearly. On spine MRI shows arachnoid cyst to perineural cyst to c6-7 arachnoid cyst to T7 with narrowing of cord 2.6 cm long. Last MRI of brain showed T2 hyperintense focus in 2 areas left parietal 3mm and left frontal 4mm reported. Symptoms, constant headaches and severe back pain worsened with sneeze or coughs. I also present with a deep dimpled area to base of spine between buttocks, no hair to indented space. I am female and 52 yrs old. Thank in advance for any medical perspective on future actions that need to be taken.
