Sir, My MRI scan of Left Knee Reveals A)PArtial ACL tear B)Full Thickness PCL Tear C)Horizontal Tear Posterior Horn & Body of medial meniscus. I can walk any distance without any problem, But Whiel Running i cannot expericence a Lot of Pain. Pl advice How whould I come back to my normal self. Will be very Kind if you give your expert Opinion
