What Does My MRI Showing A Pituitary Microadenoma Mean?

I got an mri and it showed I have a pituitary adenoma. My hormones are fine I went to an endocrinologist. I followed up with a neurosurgeon and he said he could hardly see what they are talking about. Can you explain in easy terms what this mri means for me? Can I have a baby or is it too much of a risk? Small area of delayed enhancement right side of the pituitary gland on dynamic imaging measuring 5 mm (12-40). This may represent a microadenoma. No suprasellar or cavernous sinus extension. Infundibulum is minimally deviated towards the left. Normal posterior pituitary bright spot seen. Optic chiasm and hypothalamus are within normal limits. Finding is similar to recent MRI. Screening images to the brain demonstrate no evidence of acute ischemia. There is no areas of edema or gliosis. Sulci and gyri appear normal. There is no hydrocephalus. There is no midline shift. There is no evidence of abnormal parenchymal or dural enhancement. Corpus callosum is well-formed. There is no cerebellar tonsillar ectopia. Basal cisterns are preserved. There is no subdural or epidural collection.
