What Does My Abnormal ECG Showing Possible LBBB And Repolarization Disturbances Mean?

Hi I just had a ECG done for pre surgery clearance. And the Dr. Said my heart sounded ok. But the ECG was abnormal so he wants a Cardiologist to make sure I m OK. Have not had any problems. In 2018 I had this done and it was normal.. Sinus Rhythm anterior infaract R 0.15mV in V3 V4 V5 possible LBBB. Notched R in l ll aVL a VF V6 slight high lateral repolarization disturbance, consider is chemical neg T in ALL with small neg T in 1... what does this mean. Will I only need a echo?
