What Does My Baby's Stool Test Report Indicate?

Hi, My 3 month old baby was passing green stools after very feed, we did a stool test and found the pus cells count 18-20. We were suggested to give TAXIM O and Nutrilin B for five days. After a week, the frequency passage of stool has reduced, but the color remained the same. We did 10th week vaccination along with Rota Virus vaccine after which her stool changed to bottle green and she was having fever for 2 days and given paracetamol drops. Again she started passing stool after every feed so we did a stool test after 3 days of vaccine and found the pus cells count 30-35 and Epithelial cells 2-3 with Mucus present. Is the pus cells increased due to ROTA VIRUS VACCINE ? Should we do any other test ?
