What Does My Biopsy Report Indicate?

I recently got a simple biopsy in the doctors office. My results were endometrium hyperpkasia without atypical. Previous I only had one a couple small drops of blood and never had it since. The ultrasound that I had done first said my endometrium was 8m. I then went to a specialist and he is going to do a hystercope and Dnc when I am in the hospital the same time as getting my gall bladder out. Is this something to be concerned about and shoujd I have this test even though I wasnt bleeding much?
