What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

My girl had a blood test done and it showed elevated liver enzymes then had a hep panel and said it was positive for hep c. Is there any chance this is wrong she is not exposed as she knows not a drug user at all.. is there any chance this is a false positive this was the first hep panel she had
