What Does My Chest X-ray Showing Suspicious Hazy Opacities In The Left Paracardiac Region Mean?

Hello, I just got my Chest X-ray result and I am a bit nervous of the result. Suspicious hazy opacities are seen in the left paracardiac region The heart is not enlarged. The aorta is unremarkable. The bilateral costophrenic sulci and hemidiaphragms are intact. The osseous structures and soft tissues are unremarkable. Impression: Rule out pneumonia in the left paracardiac region, suggest lateral view. What does this mean?
