What Does My Chest X-ray Shows ‘suspicious Opacities In The Right Apex Partially Over Osseous Structures’ Mean?

Hi Doctor, on my xray result says --- Suspicious opacities are seen in the right apex + partially projected onto the osseou structures. Heart not enlarged Trachea is midline Costophrenic angles and hemidiaphrgams are intact Osseous structures and soft tissues are unremarkable. What is the meaning of this- Suspicious opacities are seen in the right apex + partially projected onto the osseou structures. Thanks
