What Does My Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

Limited evaluation due to rotation in the frontal projection . There is a mildly tortuous partially calcified aorta.evaluation of the superior media stinum is limited .There are copd changes there is a left retro cardiac suspicion for pneumonia is clinical correlation and follow up is recommended . There are spondylotic change of the thoracic spine and ospeopenia . My Grama is 104 I don't understand these results for chest exray
