What Does My Ecg Mean When It Says; Normal Sinus

What does my ecg mean when it says; normal sinus rhythm, possible left atrial enlargement, T wave abnormality, consider anterior ischemia and unconfirmed. It is from 2009, June, six years ago. I had another ecg in 2014 saying inconclusive after 3 tries. I am currently trying to get health care. I am 51 years old. Please help
