What Does My Fecalysis Showing Normal Stool Except For ‘abundant Bacteria’ Mean?

Hi good afternoon. I hope I can get a firm explanation with my fecalysis result. It says that: Color: Brown RBC: NONE PUS Cells: NONE Consistency: FORMED Others: NO INTESTINAL PARASITE SEEN The thing is, the remarks on Bacteria said that it is ABUNDANT. May I know what does this mean, doctor? Thank you so much for future response.
