What Does My Follicle Growth Rate Indicate?

hi, i hav follicle size on LO on Day-10. 10.7 * 10.4, 9.8*9.8. Past 2 cycle my follicle was not grown beyond 12mm in size. This time is it possible my follicle will grow? i m so afraid, 1st step of pregnancy on follicle growth itself not happening. Please advice me.
