hi doctor , i am 28 years old my husband seman report is normal and me gone through laproscopy of dermoid cyst in ovary before 1 years ago but now we trying to conceive 5 follicle study done doctor saying yo do iui is it will help me
but left ovary and tube not visualising but periods regular on time every months plz help me
