What Does My Kidney Biopsy Report Indicate?

Both kidneys are normal in size, parenchymal thickness & echogenicity. There is echogenic shadowing focus in the mid segment of the right kidney measuring 0.7cm. No discrete focal solid mass seen. No nephrolithiasis seen in left kidney. No evident hydronephrosis noted. Both perirenal areas are unremarkable. What does this mean? Thx for the reply
