What Does My Kidney Function Test Report Indicate?

Please explain possible pseudocyst medial to left kidney measuring 5.0 cm. There is atypical features to some of the cysts with lobulated contour and or partially solid component possible. No evidence of stone, mass perinephric fluid collection or hydronephrosis???? Thank you!
