What Does My Nuclear Stress Test Result Indicate?

I recently had a nuclear stress test and this was the final results.. How serious is this and what exactly does it mean... I am on pins and needles waiting to see my cardiologist. This is an abnormal regadenoson SPECT myocardial perfusion study, with moderate inferoseptal ischemia and normal LV function.
