What Does My Pelvic MRI Scan Report Indicate?

My pelvic MRI report indicates I have 5 masses (fibroids)... The largest is located in the anterior wall impinging on the endometrium and measuring 11.2 x 9.6 x 7.9 cm. - What type of fibroid is this one considered to be? Is it submucosal, intramural, subserosal, or pedunculated? (I know it is NOT intracavitary) - Also, what does impinging on the endometrium mean? Does it mean it is growing inwardly towards the lining of my uterus? Thanks!
