What Does My Pelvic Scan Showing A Bulky Uterus, Hematocolpos, And Mild PID Mean?

I did a pelvic scan and this is the result. Scan revealed an ante verted, bulky uterus with regular shaped outline. It measures about 72×36×52mm (L X AP X T) transverse and longitudinal, diameter. Both the adnexia and ovaries are noted. Noted in the uterine cavity a sizeable collection of haematocolpos, suggestive of a mensis in progress. Mild collection of fluid noted in the POD in line with PID. Impression Acyesis Mensis in progress Mild PID Please doctors, what does it mean? Does it mean I won t be able to conceive?
