What Does My Renal Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

28yr old female has had 3 children. History of pcos, back ache frequently, v heavy menses and v large clots.

Pelvic/renal ultrasound result: anteverted uterus 8.6 x 4 x 5cm. The myometrium appeared normal and hornogenous in echotexture. The endometrium measured 9mm in AP diameter at the fundus and is distended containing fluid measuring at 3mm(LMP 2 weeks ago). Both ovaries are enlarged and contain multiple follicles ultrasound appearances are in keeping with known PCO. No adnexal mass or free fluid seen.
Right ovary 1.8 x 2 x 5.8cm volume 11mls
Left ovary 1.9 x 2.3 x 4.9cm volume 11mls
Both kidneys appeared normal in size, outline and echotexture. No calculi, scarring or lesion seen. No hydronephrosis. The urinary bladder was smooth in outline with no intrinsic abnormality.
