What Does My Semen Analysis Result Indicate?

I'm a previously healthy 24y old man until 1 year ago when I started experiencing testicular pain. Iwas intensively investigate including urethral scope, ultrasound and semen analysis. All revealed normal except for the semen analysis. sperm count was 65 million, however, the sperm motility was only 27.7% slowly moving with 0% rapid movement. Besides, i found that after ejaculation the liquefaction time was surprisingly fast, within 1 minute. Is that normal to have such motility figure and also too rapid liquefaction time? Is that possible for me to have babies?
