What Does My Test Report Mean Showing Small Mild Anterior And Inferior Wall Defects That Mostly Reverse On Rest?

My test report says: Abnormal exam. There is a small, mild defect in the anterior wall extending through the apex which appears to mostly reverse on rest; the same is true of a small and mild inferior wall defect. Mild diaphragmatic attenuation may accentuate these findings. Further evaluation is recommended.
