What Does My Ultrasound Of Uterus Indicate?

UTERUS is retroverted and anteflexed, normal in size. It has uniform myometrial echopattern. Endometrial thickness measures 6mm & is triple line. Uterus measures as follows: LS: 8.0cms AP: 2.9cms TS: 3.9cms. OVARIES are normal in size and are polycystic. No focal lesion seen. Ovaries measures as follows: Right ovary: 4.1 x 1.9 cms Left ovary: 4.0 x 1.7cms Adnexae are free. No evidence of free fluid in the pelvis
