What Does My Ultrasound Report Showing Diffuse Adenomyosis, Adenomyoma, And Intramural Myomas Mean?

I got the result of my ultrasound. It says Anteverted, slightly enlarged with diffuse coarse of myometrial echoes; posterior wall (2.33) thicker than anterior wall (2.0) suggestive of diffuse adenomyosis. An ill defined myomatous growth is noted at midposterior measuring 2.22x1.08x1.47 cm suggestive of an adenomyoma. There are two intramural myoma nodules noted mid posterior, measuring 1.06x0.88cm (FIGO 4), mid anterior, measuring 0.74x0.85x0.70 cm (FIGO 4). What is the meaning of these and is these serious?
