What Does My Ultrasound Scan Indicate?

i have been trying to conceive for the past 3 years, but to no avail. Recently as per my gyn's advice, i got ultrasound scan done and the report says as follows



--> bulky uterus fibroid in both anterior and posterior wall of uterus. Got laproscopic done to remove the cyst last year. The cyst has re-occured.

Bilateral chocolate cyst on both ovaries . cyst size is 2.2 x 2.4 cms. seedling fibroids in uterus...I am takin ayurvedic medicines...Please suggest
