What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Sonogram showed breast cyst with blood around the cyst. Nothing was said about blood in the cyst. Scheduled for needle biopsy/aspiration. What are the chances this could be cancer? My maternal grandmother had a mastectomy for cancer many years ago.
