What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Dear Dr. I am aged 76 yrs. So far I have not taken any B.P.regulatory medicine. The reading is 160/80. US abdomen taken and the observation is Borderline Prostatomegaly with no significant post void residual urine in bladder - Suggested serum PSA correlation . I am feeling difficulty in controlling urge for passing urine. The Dr.prescribed URIMAX 0.4 mg (30 tabs.) and Amlong 5 mg. (30 tabs). If I take this medicine, whether I have to continue for howlong and whether I can stop this in the middle, If I feel alright. What are the side effects? Is there any homeo medicine for this.
