What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Of Thyroid Gland Indicate?

hi, I have an ultrasound done for my thyroid gland and the findings were right lobe measured 2.3 x 2,8 x5.8 cm the left lobe measured 4.2 x 4.8 x 6.3 cm. the isthmus measured 4mm. there is diffuse heterogeneity in the thyroid gland. numerous nodules are present. the largest nodule is on the left side comprising the majority of the gland measuring approximately 3.6 x 4.1 x 5.6cm with heterogeneity and vascularity and mixed solid and cystic. on the right side, at the mid pole, there was a 6-7-8 mm solid hypervascular nodule. at the lower pole there was a 5 x6 mm solid nodule and 9mm solid module with calcification and vascular flow signal noted.
