What Does My Ultrasound Test Report Indicate?

Hello, my husband is 35 years old. The ultrasound test for the right upper quadrant has done. I did not understand results properly. The results are : Liver-liver is normal in size but markedly increased in echogenicity which limits eveluation for focal masses. the common bile duct measure 3.0 mm. the gallbladder is normally distended. kidney- the right kidney is normal in size and echogenicity measuring 9.5cm. there is no evidence of hydronephrosis, renal masses or shadowing calculi. Impression- marked increased echogenicity of the liver most consistent with fatty replacement. evaluation for focal masses is limited. can you please help me to make me understand this medical term properly?
