What Does My Ultrasound Test Report Indicate?

Hi doctor, Need ur suggestion... This is my ultra sound report Clinical history: irregular bleeding, pelvic left side pan The uterus is slightly bulky ( 87x58x40mm) and anteverted with endometrial thickness of 04 mm. No focal lesion is seen. Both ovaries are normal. The right ovary measures 36x17 and the left 25x19 size. No adnexal mass or free fluid is noted. IMPRESSION: Slightly bulky uterus. No other abnormality is seen on this study.
