What Does Nasal Bleeding After A Seizure Suggest?

I have had 4 seizures between Saturday night, Sunday night, & two Thursday night. I ve had seizures before, but these 4 were very different. Im not sure what type they were, but I looked up what I could & they all seemed different, but the correlation was that I think they had affected my temporal lobe (3 times) my occipital (2 times) & parietal (2 times) & my frontal (1 time). After the first 2 I had a nose bleed (brought on from blowing my nose) but there felt as if a clot or an accumulation of dried mucus was too far upward in my nose that it could not pass. I can still feel as though there may be something there, but I blew my nose again afterward & a bit of dried blood (I think it was dried?) came out, & then a gush of blood had come out (not too much, just very quickly & very noticeable) & there is still blood in my nose, but it is not dripping (it had for a few seconds) but I began to blow my nose two times after and some blood had began to come out. Is this blood brought on from the seizures, if so, why is it brought on, & should I go to my family doctor for help or anything else if this is serious? Thank you.
