What Does Nausea And Increased Appetite With Headache Imply?

Hi Doctor, I don't know what I have been feeling . I have nausea, vomiting, headache, hungry, sleepy. I'm not pregnant as I think i'm already menopausal at 49 years old. I also have a high blood pressure, earlier was 169/104, then 159/90... Pls advise asap as I have not felt this before...
