What Does Negative HPT And Spotting After Taking Out Paragard Indicate?

I had my period 3-6.. paragard taken out 3-23.. but when I got my paragard taken out I was bleeding like a period... my period never came 4-6 but I had light spotting for 4 days on 4-23... during spotting my cervix were higher and soft.... I m still getting a negative hpt.. what does this mean ?
