What Does Negative Result In Pregnancy Test With All Pregnancy Symptoms Mean?

went to doctor today to get a pregnancy test and my urine and blood test were negative. the symptoms that i explained to the doctor he said i am pregnant, but he cannot understand why the results came out negative. can you give me clearity on this please.
