What does no free fluid in the pelvis mean? It also states that my myome triumph and cervix are unremarkable. Uterus measures 8.3*4.2*4.8cm. The endometrial stripe measures 11 mm in thickness. Right ovary is 2.7*1.6*1.7cm and left ovary is 3.2*1.6*2.4cm. I'm 33 with no children please help me make sense of all this.
