What Does On And Off Severe Pain In Stomach Suggest?

Hi. I have severe stomach pain . Had it last night and now its happening again. ive had it for 4 hours and its not going away. Its lower abdominal and pelvis.it hitys more when i cough or pass wind. im expecting my period any day now if im not pregnant. I have been taking fertility drugs. I have taken 2 paracetamol but it hasn t done anything. I have never had period pain before as I suffer from pcos so rarely have periods.
