What Does On And Off Tingling Feeling With Mild Pain On Neck Suggest?

I have these weird feelings going up my neck and then a small pain where it ends. (Usually in my head different locations) Sometimes the neck keeps the pain. It is a weird tingling feeling more annoying comes and goes throughout the day Any thoughts?
