What Does Ovarian Cyst, With Solid Echogenic Focus And Thin Wall Found In US Mean?

Hi my name is Allison i am 28yrs old with one child aged 3yrs. Ihave recently had an ultrasound and a complex ovarian cyst measuring 4cm was found just inferior to my left ovary. The report states several thin septae are found and a 9mm solid echogenic focus was also noted. It continues to state that it is thin walled and has no increased vascularity, can someone please explain this to me as i am terrified.
