What Does Ovoid Opacity Of Lung Mean?

I had a cat scan awhile ago and in the lung bases there was a new ovoid opacity in the right lower lobe posteriorly abutting the hemidiaphragm measuring approx. 20 x 7 mm. I had R breast CA 6 years. Is this something I should look into right away? And what is a ovoid opacity? Thanks, June B.
