What Does Pain And Pressure Near Belly Button Suggest?

I have a weird pain right next to my belly button on the right and it's just maybe the size of a quarter where it hurts and it feels like constant pressure and it's been like this for most of the day. I have used the bathroom today alwso so I don't think that could be it.
