What Does Pain Around Chest And Stomach While On Udiliv Tablets Indicate?

I have prescribed Udiliv tablets and Tonact TG by Doctor once in the morning for enlarged liver and cholesterol tryglicerides at 234. How long it should be taken. During this course I get pains around chest and stomach. Is it normal and for how many months these to be taken and any additional tablet is required.
