What Does Pain Below Belly Button On Right Side Of Body Indicate?

i have been expierencing pain on the right side of my body, right below my belly button. this has been happening for 3 days now and i dont know what is wrong. i play varsity basketball as a freshman and i cant have slight problems like this get in my way. please help me find out what is wrong
